I began taking Lutera about 10 days ago and have just started my period...this is my regular cycle.  Is this period going to be normal in length and can I expect to have another one this month on the Lutera cycle?

It sounds like you didn't start the Lutera during a period.  If that's true, it's hard to know how this period is going to be.  You will probably have another one on the Lutera cycle.  It's best to start the pill during a period to avoid bleeding like this.
