Question
I have been taking Microgynon 30 for 2 months and I havent ever missed a pill.

However, I was just curious in knowing, how females would know if the pill had become ineffective and they became pregnant? (If this was my case, I wouldnt show a bump (bit of a stomach on me!)

Would the period which occurs at the end of the pack stop considering it is a 'false' period? Or would the female not know?

Answer
Generally you know if your period doesn't come when due.  Your period is brought on by the pill, but pregnancy would override it.  You usually won't notice any body changes until later.  If your period doesn't come when due, it doesn't necessarily mean you're pregnant, because that happens sometimes on the pill.  But it's usually your first clue, and you can then do a pregnancy test.
