Birth Control/Taking pills few hrs late, spotting/pregnancy?

Question
Hello,
I've made the mistake of taking the pill (normally take Levora around 6pm) a few hours late, at 10 or 11 pm a few times in the past week and on Friday, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend.  I took it slightly late again, for the next two days, Saturday and Sunday, around 10-11 pm and today, Monday, I noticed slight spotting and maybe a little clot?  Would this be implantation bleeding or spotting because of the change in time of taking the pills?  Could I be at risk of pregnancy if I've been taking the pill late four hours late for most of a week?   And also, if I switch back to my 6pm time, would the spotting stop?  Thank you so much, any advice would be appreciated!!

Answer
Hi Emma, (I have a granddaughter named Emma)
Taking the pill 4 hours late isn't too risky, especially compared with missing the pill for a day.  Some spotting while taking the pill is also not unusual, although it may be related to taking the pill a little late.  The spotting may or may not stop whether you go back to 6pm or not.  It will probably stop after you've had your period.  If your period doesn't come I'd get a pregnancy test, but most likely you're not pregnant and your period will come when it's supposed to.
