Birth Control/period question

Question
how often would you get your period with this pill?.or would you still have your regular one evry month?.

Answer
Hi Tipp,

Are you asking about a specific brand, or just in general? Most birth control pills are designed to give you a period every month. You take 3 weeks of active pills and then a week of placebo pills to allow a withdrawal bleed. However, it is common for women to skip periods on the pill and some will stop completely. Certain brands, such as Seasonale, are packaged in 3 month packs and designed to give you a period every 3 months.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions let me know.
