Question
I just got off my Yaz birth control 2 weeks ago and I am now 6 days late for my period.  I have taken 2 pregnancy test, but both came out negative.  Could I still be pregnant or has getting off the pill made me not have my period?  Also, if I have missed my period because of the changes will my ovulation cycle stay the same? If not how will I track it?

Answer
I'm a little confused, since if you got off Yaz 2 weeks ago, you would normally have a withdrawal period 2-3 days later.  Then your next period off the pill would usually come 4-6 weeks later.  Since you've had negative tests, I don't think you're pregnant.  Sometimes it takes 2-4 weeks to start ovulating once you've stopped the pill.  I would just wait and give it some time.  Best wishes.
