Birth Control/Natural Family Planning

Question
Hello,

I have been reading about all the horrible side effects and concerns women have about the various methods of birth control out there right now. I have many married friends who practice Natural Family Planning (different from the old, ineffective "Rhythm Method") and they do not have to take any pill, device, condom, shot, etc. By charting the woman's fertility, this method has been proven to be 99.9% effective in preventing pregnancy and highly effective in promoting pregnancy. Have you ever heard of it? There is some misinformation out there about it, but the proof for me is the healthy, loving marriages I know that use it and they don't have 18 kids. :) I don't believe this method is taught in medical schools often and it requires a few days of abstinence on the part of the couple. Perhaps this is why it seems so few people have heard of this amazing method. Thank you. I look forward to your response.

Answer
Yes, I have heard of Natural Family Planning and if you have read some of my answers, you will see that I recommend it to people. I don't have a lot of information on hand about it but people can do research on the internet. Are you considering this method? I have seen an expert here at allexperts.com who is an expert in natural family planning. Perhaps you can look up on the internet about how to atack someone. It seems like her name was Rebecca but I can't remember for sure. Please email me at CHERYL51@aol.com and we can talk more.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
