Question
Hi, im need of some advice please, myself and my partner have decided that we want to try for a baby, so i stopped taking my pill on the 7th december and since then i have been feeling really sick and also started bleeding!!! Is this normal wen u stop the pill??? and how long roughly do u reckon it would be b4 i get pregnant???

Answer
Hi Sarah,

Thanks for your question. Sometimes it takes a while to get pregnant after going off the pill and sometimes not. So there is no set answer to your question. Perhaps the bleeding is from going off the hormones that you were taking in the daily birth contol pill. Please consult your physician for these health questions you have. Also, it could be several months before you are pregnant or you could get pregnant right away. I hope you will have your hearts' desire.
Please email me at CHERYL51@aol.com and let me know what is happening.

Sincerely,
