Question
hi,
im thinking of going to a nearby clinic to get a prescription for birth control pills, but im kinda afraid of the questions the doctor will ask me before giving me the presription... do you know what they will be like?

thanks,

oh, also, i live in canada

Answer
Hi Lucy,

I really don't know a lot about birth control prescriptions in Canada. How old are you? The reason I'm asking is because perhaps you have to have a parent notification if you are under age, I'm not sure. Also, I don't recommend using hormonal birth control, which the birth control pill is and other methods as well. The reason I don't advise hormonal birth control is because there are several possible side effects and health risks. Let me know your thoughts on this. You can ask me a followup question on allexperts.com or you can email me privately at CHERYL51@aol.com
Hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
