ok i have been on birth control for about a year and i have never spotted until now i will only spot for one day and quit the next day it only did that for 3 days its like a pinkish color  do u think i could be pregnant or not? or what is causing this

Thanks for your question. I can't really tell you what this could be as I'm not a medical professional. I would recommend that you consult your physician about this and any other health matters. I don't recommend any kind of hormonal birth control because of health reasons. I don't feel that it is healthy to put hormones into our bodies unnecessarily.
Why don't you consider Natural Family Planning or condoms if you don't have to have a close to 100% birth control method. I believe the more natural we treat our bodies, the better.
