Question i just started using nuva ring a week ago and i took it out had sex and my partner pre came inside of me could i be pregnant?
thanks for tha help
Answer Hi Brandy,
If you had the ring out for more than 3 hours then there is a chance you can become pregnant. If he did not ejaculate inside but it was only pre-ejaculate, then the chances of pregnancy are smaller but still possible. If you had it out for more than 3 hours and it has been less than 120 hours since you had sex, you can take Plan B, the emergency birth control pill.
If the ring was out less than 3 hours then you were still protected. You may want to give your doctor a call to discuss if you are concerned.
I hope this helps. If you have further questions let me know.
