hello Dr cheryl
i was wondering i had been on the marina for 2 1/2 years and got it took out on the 13th of march started yaz on the 14th didn't use no back up my cycle wasn't due till the 20th just wanna know what the chances are

Hi Dani,

Thanks for your question. I'm not a doctor but in my opinion, you could possibly be pregnant. No one can tell you for sure over the internet. Every time you have sex, you risk pregnancy, even if you use a birth control method. No birth control is 100% safe from pregnancy or transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. I would advise you to consider abstinence if that is an option in your life.
