Question
I want to know which are the contraceptive tablets that they adapt better to my needs, I am 17 years old and I am going to begin to take relations as the first time, my menstrual periods often are irregular, and I do not have diseases.
If the tablets are not very advisable for my that I can use another method of taking care of me Thank you!

Answer
Most likely any of the low dose combined birth control pills would work well for you.  I think the brand names are different in Mexico than what I know.  Look for one that has about 30 micrograms of ethinyl estradiol.  That's the estrogen component, and it's the same in all the pills, just a different amount.  The progesterone part has many different names, and it's hard to compare the doses.  The pill will cause your periods to be very regular, every 28 days.  The pill doesn't protect against sexually transmitted diseases, so always using a condom is a really good idea.
