Birth Control/Dryness

Question
I haven't always had this problem, but lately I have been having problems with maintaining lubrication during intercourse. I start off fine but not long into it I get immediately dry. I've been married 7 years and it's not lack of "interest" in my husband, I'm very interested.  He had a vasectomy about 2 years ago and I quit taking oral contraceptives, could that be it? Or something else? I'm on no other medications and my diet hasn't changed.  I have two children from two pregnancies, no known medical conditions and am in good health and average fitness.

Answer
I'm afraid I don't have a good answer.  I think it's a very common occurrence.  Fortunately, there are excellent lubricants that you can buy that will take care of it (Astroglide, K-Y).  It would be nice to have all the natural lubrication you need, but I think maybe most women aren't made that way.  I doubt that it's because of being off of oral contraceptives.  I'm sorry I don't really know the answer to your question.
