I need your advice, After one week I am going to get marriage. Me & mine life partner don't want child as soon as we marriage at least for 4-Years. I want to know there is any procedure for Natural Birth control method? As because We don't want to use any Birth control pills or Condemns.

For example : After having unprotected sex should I need to ask from my wife to go for Pis.

There is something called Natural Family Planning, which may be of help to you.  It is not easy to do, and involves trying to know when your wife is fertile and avoiding intercourse at that time.  It's effectiveness is about 20% (20 couples of 100 get pregnant in 1 year).  There is more information at http://familydoctor.org/online/famdocen/home/women/contraceptive/126.html  Having your wife pee after sex is completely not effective.  The sperm are up in her cervix before she can get out of bed.  If you and your wife really don't want a pregnancy, there are much more effective methods.  Please see http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/birth-control-4211.htm
