Question
I've been on birth control pills for 18 months, and then i miss taking the next 7 days, due to inability to gather my funds. finally, when i got my next month supply of the pill...i started on it again, took the first 7 days of the pill, and had intercourse with my husband. SINCE then, i got worried about pregnancy, so within 12 hours, i took 'plan B' pill, the thing is, i was on the bathroom, had a loose bowel movement, just before i finish potty, was when i swallowed that pill, and then i realize, would that pill be still effective???. HOW LIKELY WOULD I BE PREGNANT?, PLEASE HELP ME, I NEED SOME ANSWERS...

Answer
Hi Joann,

You should be ok but I can't guarantee for sure. Please watch for developing pregnancy symptoms and also for missed period. If you want to take a free test, find a pregnancy center in your area. http://www.optionline.org or call 1-800-395-HELP. Please keep me advised.

I don't advise the plan B or morning after pill. Please read the article at http://www.optionline.org and don't take this pill again because
of the side effects and risks. If you are pregnant, would it be a problem? Write me at DWooley97@aol.com if you want to talk more.
