Birth Control/Mood Swings

Question
I had been on the depo shot for approximatly a year than six months ago I switched to Seasonal.  I started to notice on the depo shot that I would cry for little to no reason, and now on these new pills I cry so easy.  I also get angry at the smallest thing and I had found myself getting into arguments over things I normally would laugh at.  Two weeks ago I stopped taking the pills and I feel like a fog has lifted and I am so happy that I am terrified to get back on any birth control pill or shot for fear that Ill become that angry sad person again. What would you suggest? Is there a different birth control that won't make me this way?

Answer
You have just proved to me that my research is correct. I never recommend any kind of hormonal birth control method. The only other thing is Natural Family Planning, condoms or abstinence. For NFP, natural family planning you can see if there is still an expert Rebecca under allexperts.com who advises on that. Or you could do a search on the internet for more information. Please let me know what happens or we can talk more if you email me. My email address is DCHERYL51@yahoo.com and please put ALLEXPERTS in the subject line.
