Birth Control/condom breaks

Question
The only way a condom does not work if it breaks? If it does not break there is no way she will get pregnant whatsoever?

Answer
The condom could leak out of the top or a very minute hole in the condom. There is no 100% method of birth control that is available today. Every one has a chance of pregnancy or the birth control method.
I would recommend going to http://www.teenbreaks.com if this applies to your situation.
