Question
I have been on birth control (YAZ) for almost 3 months now and my period always came a day or two into the reminder pills but this week right now I am on the second day and have no signs of a period or pregnancy really.. whats wrong with me?!?!?! I took a pregnancy test during the day today of second reminder pill it said not pregnant.. I am doing another one again in the morning, but I am normal or what?

Answer
Hello Cassandra,

Thanks for your question. I hope you have started your period by now so let me know. Sometimes your period can be irregular and that would be nothing to worry about. I don't recommend Yaz or birth control pills as they are hormonal birth control methods. I feel that natural is better and
in my opinion, the pill and other hormonal methods can alter your natural cycle. Do you need to be on birth control at this time of your life? You can email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com if you want to talk more or ask any other questions. Or you can ask me a followup question here.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
