Question
Im 26 yo and I have been on all kinds of bc. Ive been on bc for 9years. My dr. put me on nuva ring because I was having everything from , weight gain, bleeding, moodiness...ect. on everything else and she wanted me to try nuva ring. I've been on it for about 1yr. I recently saw all the commertials about bc and I've had some gallbladder problems sience on the nuva ring along with what i feel to be "heat flutters". So I decided to stop. Now i've been off of it for about 3weeks. I have horrible cramps, bloaing and just feel horrible. My question is, is all of that normal. Like I said i've been on bc for soooo long I dont know what it's like to be "normal", so is my cramps and everything hurting down there normal with getting off nuv ring??

Answer
Does your doctor know that you are not on any kind of birth control method? Your condition could be from getting off any kind of birth control method. However, I'm not a medical professional so I would urge you to check with your personal doctor. Usually a woman feels much better after going off a hormonal birth control method. Hopefully, you will as well.

Good luck. I wish you would email me at CHERYL51@aol.com so I can get an update from you.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
