Question
I want to get on the pill. There's no way in hell my
parents can find out. NONE. I need to know if there's a
way to get it that's possibly cheap. I'm on healthy kids
insurance, but I don't know if that will cover for The Pill?
I don't know anything about any of this. I'm not even
sure if it will cost for the doctors visit. Isn't there a way I
can just buy a pack of birth control? If not, if I use
healthy kids (if that even covers the pill,) won't my
parents see it on some kind of record? and everytime I
go to the doctors office or ER, will every doctor be able
to see that i'm on it? Will they tell my parents?

Answer
I would suggest going to Planned Parenthood if there's one in your area.  They usually charge depending on your income.  I don't know anything about healthy kids insurance, but most insurance that your parents have taken our will send a copy of bills to your parents.  If you have an insurance card for healthy kids insurance, there is probably a number you can call to find out whatever you want to know.  Birth control pills in the US require a doctor's prescription, so you can't just go out and buy them.  When you go to the doctor's office or ER, usually they'll only see information that you give them, although I don't know if healthy kids insurance works different.  In general, a minor has confidentiality regarding birth control, so the doctor you see shouldn't tell your parents, although that can vary from state to state.
