Question
QUESTION: hey, id if you could help me or not but my name is Kristen and i had the implanon for about months then got it removed. me and my husband are trying to have a baby but no luck right now. i have had it removed now for 5 months. I'm pretty sure i can get pregnant but you never know. and one more thing how can i find out if i can pregnant or not? thanks!!

ANSWER: It might take a while to get the hormones out of your body in order to get pregnant. I'm glad you had the implanon taken out. That will be the best for your health.

If you develop any pregnancy symptoms or miss a period, then you should get a pregnancy test to confirm that you are pregnant. You can go to http://www.optionline.org or find locations of free pregnancy centers. Please email me at CHERYL51@aol.com so we can talk more.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl

QUESTION: yes it am glad it was taken out too...they gave me some prenatal vitamens but i stopped taking them. should i continue on them or not? we really want to have a baby...

Answer
Kristen,

Thanks for your response. Please ask your doctor but I would say that you don't take the prenatal vitamins unless you confirm that you are pregnant. You could take regular women's vitamins, though. Please keep in touch. Email me at CHERYL51@aol.com

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
