Question
I am taking diane35 for the past 2 months and changed it into trust pill
currently. However, i had taken the pill inorderly as instead of taking the
15th tablet i mistakenly took it as 21, 20,19,18,17,16,15. It's too late that i
only recognized i am drinking it in a descending manner when i found out
i am taking the 16th and the 15th is still there. So the entire row from 15-
21 tablets was taken incorrectly. My boyfriend and i had unprotected sex
on when i drank the 16th tablet.. The only left tablets now are the
vitamins. Is it too dangerous if the pill was taken in wrong order? But im
expecting my menstrual period on the 1stweek of december.

Answer
Azil Mae,

Please ask your provider of the birth control pills about your question. I don't know if it would still be ok if you took the pills in the wrong order. Let me know if you had your period.

I would recommend that you change your birth control method to something non-hormonal. But perhaps you might want to consider abstaining from sex at this time in your life to prevent pregnancy worries.
