Question
I took the shot once & I'm supposed to go back for my second shot soon but out of no where I got my period and it's lasted for about almost 2 weeks now & it's not just spotting . Sometimes when I wipe it hurt too like if I had a cut . Is that just cos it's tender from so much from whiping ? I don't know why my period is lasting so long on this shot and why it hurts sometimes . What does this mean ?
Hi Natasha,
I don't recommend using any kind of hormonal birth control method because of side effects and risks. Why don't you consider another method of birth control or perhaps consider abstinence if possible. If you do think your problem is serious, go to a doctor and get checked out. I would like to hear from you so we can talk more and you can update me on your condition.
