Dear Dr. Diane cheryl,

My question is that if me and my partner have sex without condom and and if he ejaculate in me 4-5 times in only 1 night, so for birthcontrol if I want to take emergency contraceptive pills so Will I have to take it 4-5 times or only 1 time in 72 hrs after having sex?

Please reply me as soon as possible..

I don't recommend that you take the emergency contraceptive pills because they might not be needed and also possible side effects. Please read the article on http://www.optionline.org/map.html

Should I Take the Morning-After Pill?
Many times women panic after having unprotected sex and rush to take the Morning-After Pill. However, women can only become pregnant on certain days of the month - around the time that you ovulate. Typically, there are only about three to five days a month in which pregnancy can occur. Many women take the Morning-After Pill during a time when they are not fertile meaning that they could not become pregnant. Taking the Morning-After Pill during a time when you cannot become pregnant needlessly exposes you to large doses of hormones.
