Question
I am a girl, and I do not have sex very often. Due to long distance relation I only have sex 4-5 days in several months. But I am really afraid of getting pregnant. My partner use condoms but what can I do to further reduce chances of pregnancy.

Answer
Shweta,

I cannot recommend any kind of hormonal birth control method, which is pills, IUD and other forms of hormones. I also don't recommend having sex when you are not married. There is too much risk of pregnancy and worry, in my opinion.

When you are married, you can use condoms and perhaps a spermicide if available there. Please email me at CHERYL51@aol.com and we can talk more.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
