i am having my second child in 4 weeks and i am thinking about getting maraina but i have heard alot of bad things about it and some ok but i have concerns my doctor siad it would be good for me cuz i do have high blood pressure i just  wanted to get a opinion and also ask if there was any other brith control opitions out there for me

I think the Mirena would be a very good choice for you and wouldn't affect your blood pressure.  Whenever you're through having children, sterilization for you or your husband is usually a good choice.  Until then, other possible choices are the mini pill (progesterone only pill), condoms or diaphragm.  Best wishes.
