Birth Control/I missed my birth control

Question
So this last month i've been late on taking my birth control 3 or 4 times but always took it within 12-14 hours. I've never actually missed a pill. Then me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex, and since the night before i actually was late i had to take the pill the morning we had sex. The day after we had sex i went and got the plan B pill just incase cause, i wanted to be safe. Then a week later we had unprotected sex again (last night) i've taken my pill on time for 8 days since the day i took the plan B pill. do you think I'm pretty safe here? or do you think i have a high risk of getting pregnant?

Answer
Hello Kelsey,

Thanks for your question. There is always a chance of pregnancy because no birth control method is 100% safe in preventing pregnancy. But I don't think you have a high risk but I can't guarantee anything. Also, I would like you to read an article about the morning after pill or PLAN B so you will be informed. http://www.optionline.org/map.html

Please email me back at CHERYL51@aol.com so we can talk more and you can update me.
