Question
my last menstruation started on july 10, 2010. it is now august 18 and i have not gotten my period yet. my partner and i had unprotected sex on the 28th day of my cycle onwards. my cycle usually ranges from 27-35 days although last month my cycle was 37 days long. i took 2 home pregnancy urine tests august 17 and 18 and both were negative. last december 2008 i was prescribed depo provera to induce mensruation by a gynecologist because according to her ultrasound findings i did not ovulate. do you think it is possible that i am pregnant? please help i am very confused.

if my cycle varies from 27-37 days long what are my safe/unsafe days? from what day of my cycle is considered as the first day of missed period? the 28th or the 38th? thank you for your help.

Answer
Hi Nina,

It is possible that you could be pregnant but it could also be something else. I will have to look up some information on ovulation to help you on that. Or do a search online for ovulation or natural family planning.

Please email me at CHERYL51@aol.com and it will be easier to answer on email rather than post on here. Hope to hear from you soon.
