Question
I had sex with my significant other on saturday the 9/18. I started birth control
on that tuesday the 14th I took double dosage on the wed and thursday. How
high is the possibility that i may be pregnant?

Answer
If you started the pill in the first 5 days of your period, you're protected immediately, and pregnancy is highly unlikely.  If you started after the 5th day, it's recommended that you use backup for the first 7 days.  If you started after the 5th day, pregnancy is possible, but probably unlikely.  I don't think the double dosing makes much difference.
