Hi Diane,

I've been on Marvelon 21 for a number of years now. i just finished taking the pills for 21 days and am on day 3 of taking no pills. Can I stop taking the pills for one month and then start up again without any problems? Can you please advise.

Answer
Did you get the question that I answered below?

Hi Christina,

Thanks for your question. I don't usually advise trying to alter your period by doing this method. I have had many questions and comments from women trying this and it usually turns into a health problem. Sometimes, they say that their period was irregular from that time on. Sometimes, they miss a period or have extra bleeding. So I don't recommend this. Please let me know what you decide. You can email me privately at CHERYL51@aol.com so hope to hear from you soon. Please put ALLEXPERTS in the subject line of your email.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
