Birth Control/Bleeding a week before period is due while on the pill. Breakthrough or implantation?

Question
Me and my boyfriend had unprotected anal sex on the 7/8 of this month. He made sure to only ejaculate into my rectum and none into my vagina

On the 10 and the 11 we had protected vaginal sex. The condom didn't break or tear nor did he ejaculate. I bled for about 4-5 days afterwards. I went to see an OBG and the bleeding was caused by the hymen ripping. The bleeding from the tore hymen, to my knowledge, stopped on the fifth day. But now, I'm having bleeding along with cramping that is somewhat similar to a period a week before I'm suppose to have my period (I'm not due to have it until the 24). The bleeding started yesterday on the 16 and was a dark red color, before turning a bright red and, enough to soak a panty liner and is somewhat clotty. Is this breakthrough bleeding or implantation bleeding, or perhaps an early period?

I'm on the pill, so theoretically, I shouldn't be ovulating, but if I were to be, it would have been on the 10. My last period was on the 26 of last month. I've taken the pill at the same time everyday never skipping or missing a day.

Answer
Did you get my email as below?

Dear Arianne,
I wouldn't be able to tell you over the internet about what kind of bleeding you might be having.
Even if you take the pill correctly, sometimes your cycle could be abnormal. The pill is hormonal and can sometimes cause a change. I don't advise women to take the birth control pill or any kind of hormonal method.

I would advise you to check with your OBG again and see what he/she says. If you want to get a free pregnancy test, you can go to a pregnancy resource center and get a free one.
