I really don't recommend any kind of birth control pills or hormonal birth control method. I have been researching this subject for years and there is a possiblity with hormonal birth control of many side effects in your health (long-term and short-term) I would encourage you to find a non-hormonal method for the best health long-term. Unfortunately, there are not too many methods of birth control that are not hormonal. The only ones I know of are condoms and natural family planning. More information about Natural family planning is at http://www.ccli.org
