Question
I take my Loestrin pill between 7 am and 12 pm every day, depending on the day of the week. Will these time differences alter the effectiveness of the pill?

Answer
A 5 hour time difference could make a slight difference.  Women occasionally get pregnant on the pill.  The closer you can take it to the same time every day, the better.  However, as long as you take your pill every day, it is highly effective birth control.
