Question
Im confused on all this pill stuff. I have a few questions.
Which ones are the sugar pills?
Should i skip them?
Do i get a another pack as soon as i take my last pill and continue with the next pill?
I read online that your supposed to wait 7 days until you get the next pack?

Answer
Hi Julie,

Sorry I just got your question now to answer. I wonder if you have figured out anything yet since you posted the question to me. You should have had instructions about your pills. Your doctor should inform you as well as there being a sheet in the birth control box.

The sugar pills are there to keep you in the habit of taking a pill every day. They are not necessary, in my opinion. However, talk to your doctor about this.

Yes, you should keep going on the pills if you are going to take them regularly. However, I don't recommend the birth control pills or any other hormonal method. I have studied birth control methods in detail for over 20 years. I cannot recommend them or any hormonal method because of side effects and risks to your health. Short-term and long-term.

Please email me at CHERYL51@aol.com and we can talk more. Hope to hear from you soon.
