Question
i know this girl who says she gets the depo shot and that her doctor put her on birth control because at the beginning of the third month it starts to weaken and the pill is to keep her safe from getting pregant. i always thought that you werent suppose to take multiple contraceptives at once. and now she is pregnant by a man who is taking medication for low hormone levels and she wasnt suppose to be able to get pregnant cause she has had problems. so i guess what i am asking is.....how could it be possible that she is taking two methods of birth control and now is pregnant?

Answer
Nicole,

Yes, it is possible that she could have had the depo shot and be on birth control pills too but I don't advise that. It is possible that she could be pregnant but it would almost be a miracle if what all you are saying is true. Do you think that she has misinformed you about any of this?
