Question
I am on the pill(Gynera)I missed three days of the pill and then I had a bleeding. It was as if I had two periods in one month just a couple weeks away from one another. The first one came on the 1st then the second bleeding started 15th both with the same length of days bleeding. My pharmacist told me do not start another pack until  the next month(1st) when the period should come.Is this safe, since my boyfriend use no other form of contraceptive? How high is my chance of getting pregnant?

Answer
It's not unusual to bleed after missing 3 days of the pill.  That's what is supposed to happen when you stop taking the pill.  Missing 3 days of the pill also means that you're no longer protected by the pill.  I don't agree with your pharmacist.  I would start a new pack of pills now.  You won't be protected until you've been on the new pack for 7 days, so I'd use backup for 7 days.
