Question
I stopped taking the pill on May 7th 2011 (due to financial reasons unable to go for my yearly). My last period while on the pill started on May 5th 2001. On May 18th 2011 I had protected sex with someone but the condom fell off. The guy told me that he didnt ejaculate completely (which that I dont understand)due to me stopping him because it felt like the condom fell off, but anyways I should have gotten my period on June 2nd and I havent. I havent taken a pregnancy test as of yet, but could there be a possiblitity of me being pregnant? Im freaking out......

Answer
Hi Helen,
It's very common for the next period after stopping the pill to be 1-2 weeks late.  That's most likely the reason you haven't gotten your period.  Pregnancy is possible, but I think it's much less likely.  If you get any symptoms, I'd do a pregnancy test.  Otherwise give it a couple weeks or so and most likely your period will come.
