Birth Control/Stopped using the pill

Question
Okay..so my doctor placed me on the pill last month. I took my first pill when I started my period like he told me too. I forgot to continue taking them and experienced break through bleeding for a couple of days. I stopped taking my pills for the rest of that month and after break through bleeding, I may have had unprotected sex. Do you think there is a high possibility that I'm pregnant?

Answer
Hi Monica,

Yes, there is a chance that you could be pregnant. I can't tell you the chances over the internet. Are you going to continue to take the pills the next cycle? Please email me at CHERYL51@aol.com so we can talk more. I guess it will be a problem if you are pregnant? If you need a free pregnancy test, you can go to this website http://www.optionline.org or call 1-800-395-HELP to find a center to give you a free test. If you can't find a nearby center at that website try http://www.heartbeatservices.org and click on the globe in the upper right hand corner of the page.

Hope to hear from you soon.
