Question
I had unprotected sex the day after my mirena coil was removed and I had taken one contraceptive pill (microgynon 30) i have continued taking these, could I be pregnant?

Answer
Rachel,

I can't tell you what the chances of pregnancy are, over the internet. Do you have any pregnancy symptoms? Have you missed your period? Let me know the answers. You can always get a free pregnancy test at a local pregnancy resource center. To find one in your area, go to one of these websites http://www.optionline.org or http://www.heartbeatservices.org
Contact the closest center and get a free test. Then get back with me. You may email me privately at CHERYL51@aol.com

Hope to hear from you soon. P.S. You can get pregnant even on the pill or any birth control method. No birth control method is 100% safe in preventing pregnancy.
