Birth Control/Vaginal discharge

Question
Hello. I have been noticing today that there are white milky discharge in my vagina. Is it the time of my ovulation? And is it normal ?

Answer
There may be an increased discharge when estrogen levels are high, such as before ovulation.  However, an unusual discharge may also be a sign of an STD.  If you're near the middle of your cycle, and the discharge goes away in a few days, then it was probably related to ovulation.  If it persists, and there is any chance of an STD, then I would have it checked.
