Question
Pls I've been having irregular menstruation,it lasts for 2,3 or more months before I see my next period, its there anything I can take or do for my periods to regulate to normal, tnx

Answer
Since you go 2-3 months without a period, that means that either you ovulate infrequently or don't ovulate at all.  If you wish to become pregnant, there are pills called clomid that you can take each month to bring on ovulation.  If you don't wish to become pregnant at this time, the birth control pills will give you regular monthly periods.

If you're overweight or underweight, getting your weight more normal will sometimes help you to start ovulating normally.
