Birth Control/Too large breast and pregnancy

Question
Whether women who have  got very large breast will face any difficulty to conceive and deliver a baby. Also if breast reduction surgery is done
whether she can breast feed her baby.

Answer
Large breasts will not affect your ability to conceive or deliever.  They may make pregnancy more uncomfortable, since breasts usually enlarge significantly during pregnancy.

Breast reduction surgery can make breastfeeding difficult, and often supplements will be needed.  There are surgical techniques that can be done to help preserve the ducts so that breastfeeding has a better chance.  If you're considering the surgery, I would discuss this with the surgeon.  There are many resources on the web which would be helpful to give you more information before having the surgery.  You can google "breastfeeding after breast reduction surgery".
