Question
Currently I am on birth control solely to lessen the amount of bleeding and cramps associated with my mentrual cycle and have been taking them for about two years. Now I prefer not to take birth control anymore. Is there any other options out there for controling your menstrual?

Answer
Hi Vanessa,
Thanks for your question. I would recommend you to go to the allexperts.com site and find "Birth Control" and ask the expert, Ramona, about Natural Family Planning. Or else do a search about Natural Family Planning. I found an article on here http://www.familydoctor.org about Natural Family Planning. Hope this helps. I applaud you for not taking hormonal birth control any more. This is the best for your health! Also, perhaps your doctor could help you with the question about the bleeding and cramps.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
