Question
Hi! My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year and a half now and are planning to have sex. Im ready and In love with him so much, but I have one concern. Im on the pill (Estelle-35ED) but recently gone on antibiotics, because of a cold. I heard this may effect you body. We are planning to use a condom aswell. Will we still be protected if the pill does not work? Thankyou for your time please reply asap

Answer
Hi Belinda,

First of all, I would like more information, such as your age, etc. I really wouldn't recommend this if you are concerned at all about pregnancy. There is a chance (I don't know the percentage) of pregnancy. Yes, you are right about the antibiotics being a factor, in my opinion. I would recommend waiting but please email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com and we can talk more.
Thanks for your question.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
