Question
Could you tell me if you know. I have been off the pill for about a week. Would you know the best time for me to conective would be? Thanks.

Answer
The best time to conceive (the only time, actually) is when you ovulate.  You may not start ovulating for a month or more after quitting the pill.  You will have to be patient while your body returns to normal.  There are ways to figure out when you ovulate but generally it is right about the middle of your cycle.

Your period is a natural normal function of your body. Protect your fertility. Birth control pills are bad medicine for something that is delicate and easily destroyed. Now is a good time to quit using the pill.
