Birth Control/Ortho Tri Cyclen lo

Question
I have been on Ortho Tri Cyclen lo for a year and a half. I recently got off about a month and a half ago (due to other health concerns) and still haven't had a period. Is this common when getting off the pill?

Answer
Hi Jo,
First off, I want you to know that this is just my opinion, based on my years of research. I'm not a medical doctor so please check with your physician. Yes, it takes about 3-6 months for your cycle to get back to normal. So you could wait a little bit and if not, then check with your doctor. I'm glad you got off the pill, there are so many unhealthy side effects. What are you going to do? Please email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com if you have any further questions.
