Call the person who prescribed the pill and ask them what you should do.

Answer
What other information do you need to have?

If you did not follow the instructions that you were told to follow, you need to go back to the person who prescribed the pill and tell them that you did not follow their instructions and now have some problems. They are the ones best equipped to help you.
