Question
In the first couple of weeks after coming off the pill are dull back ache, cramps in womb and ovary discomfort to be associated with coming off the pill or would it be more likely to be a sign of early pregnancy? What are typical post pill symptoms?

Answer
I haven't ever heard of side effects from coming off the pill.  Unless those were the symptoms you had before you went on the pill and now they are back again because you stopped taking them.  Usually women feel much better off the pill than they do on it.

Your period is a natural normal function of your body. Protect your fertility. Birth control pills are bad medicine for something that is delicate and easily destroyed. Now is a good time to quit using the pill.
