Dear Cheryl,

Ever since starting aviane about 2 weeks ago, I have been having frequent nightmares. They mainly consist of those I love dying, and I feel every emotion involved in a death of a loved one. I was just wondering if this was normal, and if it will ever go away.

Hi Sheila,
Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical doctor and I always advise to check with your personal physician. I just found an article about aviane and it does sound like many women have had side effects. I would advise you not to go on hormonal birth control methods.
