Experience I have personally used the Depo shot, Ortho-Tricyclen, the Ortho Evra patch, and I currently have an Mirena IUD.
Question I started the pill roughly one week ago, I have 2 more pills to take for this week, but I am either spotting or starting my period for some reason. I still have a whole week before my period is supposed to start!!! What do I do!?!?! I don't even know if it's my period? And I've been experiencing slight cramping in my stomach and rib area... but this just started like 2 days ago... oh and the spotting started today
Answer Don't worry at all. The pill will cause some changes in your body during the first few months of use. It will take a while for your cycle to get back on a normal track. Just make sure that you are taking your pill everyday within a two hour window!
